Safari 8+

  1. Open the Safari menu and click Clear History
  2. Select all history then click Clear History.
  3. Restart your browser.

Safari 7

  1. Open the Safari menu and click Reset Safari.
  2. Make sure you have checked the box Remove all website data then click Reset.
  3. Restart your browser.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the gear at the top right of the browser window, hover over Security and select Delete browsing history.
  2. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data at the top of the menu.
  3. Make sure that the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies boxes are checked, then click the Delete button.
  4. Click OK to close the menu, then close and restart your browser.

Edge

  1. Click on ”…” at the top right of your browser.
  2. In Settings, scroll down to find Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.
  3. Uncheck the Form data and Passwords box, then make sure that the Cached data and files and Cookies boxes are checked.
  4. Click the Delete button.
  5. Click on ”…” again to close the menu, then close and restart your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the menu at the top right.
  2. Hover over More tools then Clear browsing data.
  3. For Clear the following items: select all.
  4. Make sure that the Cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plug-in data boxes are checked then click Clear browsing data.
  5. Restart your browser.

Firefox

  1. Select the menu at the top right (?) and click History, Clear Recent History then check the Cookies box.
  2. Next to Time range to clear, select everything.
  3. Make sure that the Cache box is checked in the Details section, then click Clear Now.
  4. Restart your browser.
